All clients new to colour are advised to have a skin test at least 48 hours prior to any colour service.
We use Color.Me by Kevin.Murphy. Ammonia free, animal friendly and contains naturally derived ingredients like aloe vera & honey. This colour line delivers high performance & natural looking results. An artful blend of gentle and “from the earth” ingredients naturally moisturise, rejuvenate and impart incredible shine without compromising the environment.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late please call us straightaway. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late – 15 minutes and more – we’ll have to reschedule your appointment. We don’t want to do this but we have to, to keep other appointments on time.
To notify us of any changes or if you would like to cancel your appointment, please call us no less than 24h prior. This is important to us simply because our hairdressers are on commission and can go from being able to have lovely holidays and being able to pay their rent to zero just because of no-shows or late cancellations.
